What is On-Point Engineering?
The company made headlines around when it was revealed that a R52-million tender from the Limpopo Transport Department awarded to On-Point Engineering.
It was accused of dishing work to subcontractors, who allegedly returned the favour with bribes.
Malema's Ratanang Family Trust was reportedly a shareholder in the company.
Kagiso Dichaba and Lesiba Gwangwa were listed as directors of the company.
In 2012, former Public Protector, Thuli Madoinsela found that Malema had improperly benefited from the tender.
