Today's lesson

Moderation is the way to a long, healthy life. When you do something do it bearing in mind that there's a possibility of tomorrow.

Drinking too much and dedicating your life to alcohol, as we see around us these days, is the reason why most are broke and regressing. The word of God is alive.

Gluttony too is a huge issue. Listen people must eat right? However they must not EAT EVERYTHING to the exclusion of all others including their own senses. Dang some people eat so much it's disgusting and uncomfortable to watch.

Called one of the seven deadly sins,gluttony is characterized by a limitless appetite for food and drink and overindulgence to the point where one is no longer eating just to live, but rather living to eat.

Growing up mama would teach and scold "si dlela ku phila asi phileli kudla"

Proverbs 23:2 

"and put a knife to your throat if you are given to gluttony."

Gluttonyand idleness are two of life's great joys, but they are not honourable. It is the just doom of laziness and gluttony to be inactive without ease and drowsy without tranquility.
